I like the way "vivalasmeggas" stated it. Quote: "Adele is beyond talented, and gorgeous. Her music always always comes to me at the best times. This song screams "fuck you, you will pay for playing me like that".. i love it! This song although sung by a female artist and most of the time is taken as such that it is a female who can relate to the lyrics, but I have to confess, men have these same exact feelings in some cases. This song does SCREAM "F U for playing me like you did, and through either my hand or karma, YOU WILL get what is coming to you and YOU WILL pay for the hurt you caused within me". Well maybe not everyone feels this same interpretation of this amazingly awesome song, but how ever you take the songs lyrics, one thing we all agree on, ADELE sang it with such amazing heart and emotion that it hits home....HARD. |
