Oh my god

Jump

Welcome to the jungle, we've got fun and games
We got everything you want honey, we know the names
We are the people that can find whatever you may need
If you got the money, honey, we got your disease

In the jungle, welcome to the jungle
Watch it bring you to your sha-n-n-n-n-n-n-n-n knees, knees
Mwah, I, I wanna watch you bleed

Welcome to the jungle, we take it day by day
If you want it you're gonna bleed but it's the price to pay
And you're a very sexy girl who's very hard to please
You can taste the bright lights but you won't get there for free
In the jungle, welcome to the jungle
Feel my, my, my, my serpentine
Ooh, ah, I want to hear you scream

Welcome to the jungle, it gets worse here every day
You learn to live like an animal in the jungle where we play
If you got a hunger for what you see you'll take it eventually
You can have anything you want but you better not take it from me

In the jungle, welcome to the jungle
Watch it bring you to your sha-n-n-n-n-n-n-n-n-knees, knees
Mwah, I'm gonna watch you bleed

And when you're high, you never ever wanna come down
So down, so down, so down, yeah

You know where you are?
You're in the jungle, baby, you're gonna die
In the jungle, welcome to the jungle
Watch it bring you to your sha-n-n-n-n-n-n-n-n-knees, knees
In the jungle, welcome to the jungle
Feel my, my, my my, serpentine
Jungle, welcome to the jungle
Watch it bring you to your sha-n-n-n-n-n-n-n-n-knees, knees
Down In the jungle, welcome to the jungle
Watch it bring you to you
It's gonna bring you down, huh

truth speaker speaks the truth. yeah civil war is amazing, one of their best songs. those lyrics are so true and so deep. they kind of make you face the way our lives are going and look beyond the sugar-coated facade of war in a text-book type setting. i love it when it goes into that hardcore "MY HANDS ARE TIED!" from the soft and solemn beginning. it's great. that song really shows that axl knew his shit, that he cared about what really matters in the world. great songs, great band. what can i say?

alright ive hurd a lot of comments i am not to pleased with for one all u kids with ur negative comments must be pretty fucking bored to go into a fan form of bandsu dont even like, and also the last comment, slash was a damn good guitarist, he has some riffs that no man can duplicate, but axel is a lyrical and vocal genius bottom line, nothing more, and u could stick him with any band and he would be great, and this song is straight up about drugs, and ther addiction , heroin and coke, the two main addictive drugs,

This song could be about the Vietnam war. Note how alotta the battles in Nam were fought in the jungle, and it could be aimed at the enemy: "We wanna watch you bleed".

just like the video... Axl always told his parents he would be a rock star and they just ignored him. One day he just packed a bag and left for LA...well just read the lyrics. Axl was from Indiana and this was just the way he felt-his first impression of HOLLYWOOD. SEX DRUGS & ROCK & ROLL

I think much like another song “Anti-Matter” (that's also on the same album as this song), this one is also is inspired by a horrifying van crash the band experienced on Nov 3, 2022. This, much like the other track, sounds like it's an extension what they shared while huddled in the wreckage, as they helped frontman Garrett Russell stem the bleeding from his head wound while he was under the temporary effects of a concussion. The track speaks of where the mind goes at the most desperate & desolate of times, when it just about slips away to all but disconnect itself, and the aftermath.

When We Were Young
Blink-182
This is a sequel to 2001's "Reckless Abandon", and features the band looking back on their clumsy youth fondly.

Just A Little Lovin'
Dusty Springfield
I don't think it's necessarily about sex. It's about wanting to start the day with some love and affection. Maybe a warm cuddle. I'm not alone in interpreting it that way! For example: "'Just a Little Lovin’ is a timeless country song originally recorded by Eddy Arnold in 1954. The song, written by Eddie Miller and Jimmy Campbell, explores the delicate nuances of love and showcases Arnold’s emotive vocals. It delves into the universal theme of love and how even the smallest gesture of affection can have a profound impact on our lives." https://oldtimemusic.com/the-meaning-behind-the-song-just-a-little-lovin-by-eddy-arnold/

Magical
Ed Sheeran
How would you describe the feeling of being in love? For Ed Sheeran, the word is “Magical.” in HIS three-minute album opener, he makes an attempt to capture the beauty and delicacy of true love with words. He describes the magic of it all over a bright Pop song produced by Aaron Dessner.

Amazing
Ed Sheeran
Ed Sheeran tells a story of unsuccessfully trying to feel “Amazing.” This track is about the being weighed down by emotional stress despite valiant attempts to find some positivity in the situation. This track was written by Ed Sheeran from the perspective of his friend. From the track, we see this person fall deeper into the negative thoughts and slide further down the path of mental torment with every lyric.
