The song lyrics were written by the band Van Halen, as they were asked to write a song for the 1979 movie "Over the Edge" starring Matt Dillon. The movie (and the lyrics, although more obliquely) are about bored, rebellious youth with nothing better to do than get into trouble. If you see the movie, these lyrics will make more sense. It's a great movie if you grew up in the 70s/80s you'll definitely remember some of these characters from your own life. Fun fact, after writing the song, Van Halen decided not to let the movie use it.
I'm upper, upper class high society
God's gift to ballroom notoriety
And I always fill my ballroom
The event is never small
All the social papers say I've got the biggest balls of all
I've got big balls
I've got big balls
And they're such big balls
Dirty big balls
And he's got big balls,
And she's got big balls,
But we've got the biggest balls of them all!
And my balls are always bouncing
My ballroom always full
And everybody comes and comes again
If your name is on the guest list
No one can take you higher
Everybody says I've got great balls of fire!
I've got big balls
I've got big balls
And they're such big balls
Dirty big balls
And he's got big balls,
And she's got big balls,
But we've got the biggest balls of them all!
Some balls are held for charity
And some for fancy dress
But when they're held for pleasure,
They're the balls that I like best.
And my balls are always bouncing,
To the left and to the right.
It's my belief that my big balls should be held every night.
I've got big balls
I've got big balls
And they're such big balls
Dirty big balls
And he's got big balls,
And she's got big balls,
But we've got the biggest balls of them all!
And I'm just itching to tell you about them
Oh, we have such wonderful fun
Seafood cocktail
Crabs
Crayfish

In regards to the meaning of this song:
Before a live performance on the EP Five Stories Falling, Geoff states “It’s about the last time I went to visit my grandmother in Columbus, and I saw that she was dying and it was the last time I was going to see her. It is about realizing how young you are, but how quickly you can go.”
That’s the thing about Geoff and his sublime poetry, you think it’s about one thing, but really it’s about something entirely different. But the lyrics are still universal and omnipresent, ubiquitous, even. So relatable. That’s one thing I love about this band. I also love their live performances, raw energy and Geoff’s beautiful, imperfectly perfect vocals. His voice soothes my aching soul.
Magical

Ed Sheeran shares a short story of reconnecting with an old flame on “American Town.” The track is about a holiday Ed Sheeran spends with his countrywoman who resides in America. The two are back together after a long period apart, and get around to enjoying a bunch of fun activities while rekindling the flames of their romance.
A hilarious song, I used to sneak around listening to it when I was a little kid, hoping my parents wouldn't hear it.
A feel good song that makes you laugh, by a talented band.
In 2003, I suppose that is believable but thinking you in sneaking around the song.
umm, i wonder what this song could be about...... i just don't know.......
(sense the dripping sarcasm)

@medusa I have to agree, real head scratcher, think pertains to playing four square.
I know what this song is about but my guitar teacher thinks it's about ballroom parties
@King Nothing The "double entendre", where the ostensible lyrics are about ballroom dancing, but we all know better.
It is a play on words. Your guitar teacher is right, but of course the words have double meanings.
I think its about his nuts.
@Brothergrims 4 real? I will have to replay it, didn't catch that inference. Of course, I have never been confused for a brainiac, but I don't consider myself slow either. So the bouncing balls are his nuts? Wow, that's weird, wacky stuff. I thought he was a point guard, those guys dribble the ball a lot. But you are saying it's not a ball? Are you sure?
Nuts is true. On the man, he has two "nipples" and two "balls" and this can be viewed that the song states that men have balls hanging out unprotected and two nipples unused. It is a profoundly deep statement. The "he" who has big nuts is that his creator was saying he is really brave.
Obviously, notice the word "cum" in the song is spelled the way it is. That aint a typo people.
@MSHSRocker also emphasised in the song too
Heh Man, no matter what, I love AC/DC!!!
@IllNeverKnowLove "no matter what"? What the bleep does that mean? Don't knock Bon Scott era acey/ducey man!
Yeah, just a play on words. listen to it thinking about balls and again as ball room dancing.. you'll see they both fit.
yes exactly.. its a song with double meaning.. like your saying something and it sounds dirty but its not?!?!?!..... well, thats what this song is..King Nothing ur teacher is somewhat right.. if he/she wanted to be more correct he/she would of clarrified what me, allstar, damn dirty, and ferthuko stated..
It's a song about noticably large balls that when you near them, they start bouncing...just out of your reach.
starts holding own balls
What did you think I meant?
"Holding own balls" is to suggest you have balls. A kid I once knew about held is ball area and it turned out he was a girl in glasses who was acting. Evil. #falsehermaphrodite
