I never met someone so jaded
your music's really over rated
nothing but a lot of pretentious noise
I know that claire danes is your chick
to me you're just some ugly prick who got lucky
cause he knew the Beastie Boys
and I cant stand it

a lot goes on but nothing happens
but this time that's not true
i wrote this song for you
to tell you that your 15 minutes of fame are almost up
yea one more thing, Ben Lee you suck

Bob Dylan must be kinda pissed
cause you've been writing all his hits
packaged and reprocessed for the world
I'd love to kick you in the face
break your legs and throw you from a train
cause you're such a fucking girl
and I cant stand it

I guess this song's come to an end
I'll say good bye until we meet again
you better stay out of my town
cause if i had way
I'd call up snoop, ice cube, and dr. dre
we'd come and beat you down

Ben Lee is fucking 82938293289x more talented than the shitty pop punk band that is the ataris.

I had a little bit of respect for the ataris before just now reading this song for the first time.

Kris can not like him cause he has a crush on his girl, but attempting to say that he's not talented? Coming from a band that only knows 3 drum rhythms. Fuck the ataris.

It is inappropriate and completely unfathomable for anyone to judge Ben Lee : A. without meeting him and B. without listening to his music. It's pathetic to see people tear down an artist with such purity and lyrics that will blow you away. It seems to me that 50% of the Ataris hit songs were written by some other band. Their mainstream pop/Emo punk or whatever you want to call it falls an incredible amount short of Ben Lee's genius. Look up "Daisy" and read the lyrics. The Ataris are just another band that picks up an electric guitar, plays a few power chords, flips on a distortion pedal and sings songs about pointless matters in life. Pathetic.

I've never met these people. But on the sole basis of reading this thread, I'm a fuckload more inclined to listen to Ben Lee than the Ataris. The Ataris only really popular song was one that they didn't even write, a cover of a song that was garbage to begin with ("Boys of Summer"). At least Ben Lee's song aren't as monotonous and as uniformed as the Ataris.

I think it is hilarious that they are knocking ben lee for stealing bob dylans shit. all the loser on this thing are just repeating what the song says and think they are cleaver. and the song knocks lee's 15 minutes of fame and the only fame they had were a cover of don henley's song. irony anyone. The Atari's are weak and overrated!!!

    My Opinion

I love Ben! But that aside, this song is just ridiculous. I can't even begin to take it seriously. And apparently neither could Ben Lee. He's recorded a version of this on his newest album. It's utterly hilarious, and really shows the Ataris that they haven't scathed him in the slightest. Nice try guys. Ben Lee wins this round.

Son Şansın - Şarkı Sözleri
Hayalperest
This song seemingly tackles the methods of deception those who manipulate others use to get victims to follow their demands, as well as diverting attention away from important issues. They'll also use it as a means to convince people to hate or kill others by pretending acts of terrorism were committed by the enemy when the acts themselves were done by the masters of control to promote discrimination and hate. It also reinforces the idea that these manipulative forces operate in various locations, infiltrating everyday life without detection, and propagate any and everywhere. In general, it highlights the danger of hidden agendas, manipulation, and distraction, serving as a critique of those who exploit chaos and confusion to control and gain power, depicting a cautionary tale against falling into their traps. It encourages us to question the narratives presented to us and remain vigilant against manipulation in various parts of society.

There aren’t many things that’ll hurt more than giving love a chance against your better judgement only to have your heart crushed yet again. Ed Sheeran tells such a story on “Page.” On this track, he is devastated to have lost his lover and even more saddened by the feeling that he may never move on from this.

Plastic Bag
Ed Sheeran
“Plastic Bag” is a song about searching for an escape from personal problems and hoping to find it in the lively atmosphere of a Saturday night party. Ed Sheeran tells the story of his friend and the myriad of troubles he is going through. Unable to find any solutions, this friend seeks a last resort in a party and the vanity that comes with it. “I overthink and have trouble sleepin’ / All purpose gone and don’t have a reason / And there’s no doctor to stop this bleedin’ / So I left home and jumped in the deep end,” Ed Sheeran sings in verse one. He continues by adding that this person is feeling the weight of having disappointed his father and doesn’t have any friends to rely on in this difficult moment. In the second verse, Ed sings about the role of grief in his friend’s plight and his dwindling faith in prayer. “Saturday night is givin’ me a reason to rely on the strobe lights / The lifeline of a promise in a shot glass, and I’ll take that / If you’re givin’ out love from a plastic bag,” Ed sings on the chorus, as his friend turns to new vices in hopes of feeling better.
