Ooh, ooh, ooh
Ooh, ooh, ooh
Ooh, ooh, ooh

Ooh, ooh, ooh
Ooh, ooh, ooh
Ooh, ooh, ooh

Ooh, ooh, ooh
Ooh, ooh, ooh
Ooh, ooh, ooh

Hands down, I'm too proud for love
But with eyes shut, it's you I'm thinking of
But how we move from A to B
It can't be up to me 'cause you don't know
Eye to eye, thigh to thigh, I let go

I think I'm a little bit, little bit
A little bit in love with you
But only if you're a little bit, little bit
Little bit in la-la-la-la-love with me

Ooh, ooh, ooh
Ooh, ooh, ooh
Ooh, ooh, ooh

Ooh, ooh, ooh
Ooh, ooh, ooh
Ooh, ooh, ooh

And for you I keep my legs apart
And forget about my tainted heart
And I will never ever be the first to say it
But still I, you know I
I would do it
Push a button, pull the trigger, pull a mountain, jump off a cliff
'Cause you know baby, I love you, love you a little bit
You would do it, you would say it
You would mean it, and we could do it
It was you and I, not only

I think I'm a little bit, little bit
A little bit in love with you
But only if you're a little bit, little bit
Little bit in la-la-la-la-love with me

I think I'm a little bit, little bit
A little bit in love with you
But only if you're a little bit, little bit
Little bit in la-la-la-la-love with me

Come here, stay with me, stroke me by the hair
'Cause I would give anything, anything, to have you as my man
Come here, stay with me, stroke me by the hair
'Cause I would give anything, anything, to have you as my man

Little bit, little bit
A little bit in love with you
But only if you're a little bit, little bit
Little bit in la-la-la-la-love with me
I think I'm a little bit, little bit
A little bit in love with you
But only if you're a little bit, little bit
Little bit in la-la-la-la-love with me
I think I'm a little bit, little bit
A little bit in love with you
But only if you're a little bit, little bit, little bit

Little bit
Little bit
Little bit
Little bit, little bit

This song has to be about being in a "friends with benefits" relationship and she doesn't want to be the first to admit that she is falling in love with that person. Eventually in a friends with benefit relationship one out of the two will start forming feelings for the other.

Moving from A to B would be adding love/emotions to the sex. (Eye to Eye, thigh to thigh - I let go.)
"If for you I keep my lets apart, and forget about my tainted heart" - She is having "just sex" with this person with no feelings involved. She's been hurt before for whatever in her previous relationship(s) so now her heart is tainted and she's scared to turn this into a relationship or admit her feelings for that person - but she will as long as the feelings are reciprocated and no rejection - "i would do it, i would say it i would mean it, we could do it"

Great song! Her voice is so freaking adorable!

I think it's interesting how the verses and the chorus conflict with each other. What I mean by that is in the verse she says... She'd push a button, pull a trigger, climb a mountain, jump off a cliff... things you only say when you are madly obsessed, and deeply in love. And she goes on to say she's only a little bit in love. Just like all of us. Who me? No! I'm not in love! I only like that person. For some reason we're ashamed to be in love sometimes. I think that's what she's saying.

    Song Meaning

I think the meaning's pretty obvious in this. She met someone she's attracted to but is afraid to declare that she's in love with them because she knows there might be a chance that they're not in love with her. She hates rejection.

This song describes me a lot! I'll never admit to someone that I'm in love with them! I'll hint, but I won't declare. I'll only declare if they tell me they're in love with me. And then I'll be like, "Now that you mention it, I am in love with you too!" Some people just hate to be rejected and end up looking like the fool!

This song says everything I want to say to my ex, but I'm a little afraid to for fear of rejection.

Great song, I can't believe no one's commented on it yet.

"but how we move from A to B? it can't be up to me 'cause you don't know"

She must be singing "'cause I don't know" , right? That also makes more sense, since she says "it can't be up to me"

Techno Ted
Audioslave
Techno Ted may be a person who caused Chris incredible emotional pain & trepidation as well as moments of peace & happiness but now is removed and awaiting his fate. Darling may be a different person who is also free of him and can live her life free of Ted's tyranny. "In between all the laughing, and daydreams ... lies: a desert of truth" Lies are like a desert or the omission of Truth: Where there were Lies then Truth was absent. The song, "Techno Ted", may be a cathartic celebration of the downfall of this person.

The Night We Met
Lord Huron
This is a hauntingly beautiful song about introspection, specifically about looking back at a relationship that started bad and ended so poorly, that the narrator wants to go back to the very beginning and tell himself to not even travel down that road. I believe that the relationship started poorly because of the lines: "Take me back to the night we met:When the night was full of terrors: And your eyes were filled with tears: When you had not touched me yet" So, the first night was not a great start, but the narrator pursued the relationship and eventually both overcame the rough start to fall in love with each other: "I had all and then most of you" Like many relationships that turn sour, it was not a quick decline, but a gradual one where the narrator and their partner fall out of love and gradually grow apart "Some and now none of you" Losing someone who was once everything in your world, who you could confide in, tell your secrets to, share all the most intimate parts of your life, to being strangers with that person is probably one of the most painful experiences a person can go through. So Painful, the narrator wants to go back in time and tell himself to not even pursue the relationship. This was the perfect song for "13 Reasons Why"

Son Şansın - Şarkı Sözleri
Hayalperest
This song seemingly tackles the methods of deception those who manipulate others use to get victims to follow their demands, as well as diverting attention away from important issues. They'll also use it as a means to convince people to hate or kill others by pretending acts of terrorism were committed by the enemy when the acts themselves were done by the masters of control to promote discrimination and hate. It also reinforces the idea that these manipulative forces operate in various locations, infiltrating everyday life without detection, and propagate any and everywhere. In general, it highlights the danger of hidden agendas, manipulation, and distraction, serving as a critique of those who exploit chaos and confusion to control and gain power, depicting a cautionary tale against falling into their traps. It encourages us to question the narratives presented to us and remain vigilant against manipulation in various parts of society.

Punchline
Ed Sheeran
Ed Sheeran sings about missing his former partner and learning important life lessons in the process on “Punchline.” This track tells a story of battling to get rid of emotions for a former lover, whom he now realized might not have loved him the same way. He’s now caught between accepting that fact and learning life lessons from it and going back to beg her for another chance.
