Let the blood flow
Through all the spaces
Of the universe

Translation

Travel to the moon
You're asleep, as you work out your dreams
There's no one here
While the light of the stars toys with me

In order to become strong
I have to remember how to smile
If we're together, I can do it

* Realize that...
I'm here waiting for you
Even if the future is different from now
I'm here waiting for you
I keep on shouting
I'm sure all I have to do
Is pull in the thread that connects our hearts
So the person I was back then
Would open her eyes
No need to cry

Travel in silence
I can reach you if I stretch out my hands
The only memory I have of you
Is so far away

I can hear your voice
If I close my eyes
Even a little pain
Would be nice

Look at me
I'm here waiting for you
Even if you get lost, blown away by the wind
I'm here waiting for you
I look up at the sky
I was protecting my heart
With outstretched hands
Until the person you were back then
Looked back
No need to cry

(Feel something, feel nothing
Listen closely, listen closely)
Wide open ears
Disarm the dream tickler
In the constant moment
(You will find me where it's quiet
Listen closely, listen closely)
Let the blood flow
Through all the spaces
Of the universe

Repeat *

Olivia inspi'REIRA has some good songs on it, but this is probably the most distinct song, and the ultimate Nana theme song. I don't think this is really Olivia's cup of tea though, as she seems to struggle with much of the songs. It doesn't sound like her heart is into it. This song is obviously about regret and love lost. It relates to most of the Anime/Manga, but mostly to Reira as this whole album was somewhat of a "how Reira feels..." thing. I think this is mostly related to Reira's affection for Shin, who is underage and almost ten years younger than she and waiting for him, but it could also apply to her hidden (yet obvious) love for Takumi, a man who doesn't have affection for her but who flirts with her and treats her like his little sister. This is also applicable to the two main antagonists, Nana, and Hachi (Nana) who can't seem to find what they both ultimately want out of love but yet keep waiting.

It's about Nana being insecure and regretting losing Ren but holding fast to her pride. It's also about Hachi giving up on Nobu and Shoji, her true loves, and giving in to Takumi's selfish ways for the sake of a baby that might not even be his, It's also about Reira's love for Shin, one she has to hide but that she would go to the ends of the world for, because he loves her more than anything.

Standing On The Edge Of Summer
Thursday
In regards to the meaning of this song: Before a live performance on the EP Five Stories Falling, Geoff states “It’s about the last time I went to visit my grandmother in Columbus, and I saw that she was dying and it was the last time I was going to see her. It is about realizing how young you are, but how quickly you can go.” That’s the thing about Geoff and his sublime poetry, you think it’s about one thing, but really it’s about something entirely different. But the lyrics are still universal and omnipresent, ubiquitous, even. So relatable. That’s one thing I love about this band. I also love their live performances, raw energy and Geoff’s beautiful, imperfectly perfect vocals. His voice soothes my aching soul.

Magical
Ed Sheeran
How would you describe the feeling of being in love? For Ed Sheeran, the word is “Magical.” in HIS three-minute album opener, he makes an attempt to capture the beauty and delicacy of true love with words. He describes the magic of it all over a bright Pop song produced by Aaron Dessner.

Page
Ed Sheeran
There aren’t many things that’ll hurt more than giving love a chance against your better judgement only to have your heart crushed yet again. Ed Sheeran tells such a story on “Page.” On this track, he is devastated to have lost his lover and even more saddened by the feeling that he may never move on from this.
