I think your first comment is closer to being accurate. The singer/song writers state "Millions of eyes can see, yet why am i so blind!? When the someone else is me, its unkind its unkind". I believe hes referring to the girl toying with him and using him. He wants something deeper with her, thats why he allows himself to be as a puppet (even though for her fun and games) as long as it makes her happy. But he knows deep down that she doesnt really want to be serious with him and thats what makes him.

It's about that girl (or guy for the ladies) that we've all had in our lives at one time or another. You love them to death and really wish you could get together but they only give you the time of day when its convientient for them. And they use you again and again.
great song..great artist. the fact that hes so unknown makes my sick. artists like rihanna or james blunt and shit are so fukin popular but suck ass. my frend introduced me to adam. shes a big fan of the band common rotation which is also very obscure, and anyway they wer performing at the point in nj, which closed down, and adam richman opened up for them. she automatically loved him and bought his albums which she burned for me. luv him

The song is infectuously catchy, but I absolutely loathe the sophomoric line "you're such a whore". He could have done better with that lyric
