Out of my way
Out of my, way

I can't pass up this opportunity to make myself absurd,
I can't pass up this opportunity to make myself be heard.
Would you, like to, be the one who sees me lose this all,
Would you, like to, be the one who sees me fall.

[Chorus]
Nobody's gonna stand in my way
Give it up son, I'm doin' this my way
Nobody's gonna stand in my way
Give it up son, I'm doin' this my way

You like to think the worst is over now, but you can't breathe at all
You like to think you're owed a favor now, man you've seen it all

Did you, want to, be the one who pushed me off the wall,
Did you, want to, be the one who let me fall.

[Chorus]

You can't hold me down
You can't hold me down
You can't hold me down
You can't hold me down

I can't pass up this opportunity to make myself absurd,
I can't pass up this opportunity to make myself be heard.
Would you, like to, be the one who sees me lose this all,
Would you, like to, be the one who sees me fall.

[Chorus]

Nobody's gonna stand in my way
Give it up, I'm doin' this my way
Nobody's gonna stand in my way
Give it up, I'm doin' this my way
Out of my way

This song is basically about finally taking the chance to express yourself. He is going to let himself be heard and no one is going to stop him.

I've also seen some people think it's about his parents always sheltering him and holding him down and now he is finally breaking away and doing what he wants.

It's an aggressive song, and I love it.

I believe that this song and "Broken" have a connection...but it might be just me

Broken: "The worst is over now and we can breathe again"

Out of my Way: "You like to think the worst is over now, but you cant breathe at all"

Well this song was for the Freddy Vs. Jason soundtrack so it had to be agressive wich it is. i think it is just him saying he is a bad ass and don't mess (does with the characters from the movie i think)

you got some of the lyrics wrong

"I can’t pass up this opportunity to make myself absurd, I can’t pass up this opportunity to make myself be heard"

    it should be...

"I Cant Pass Up This Opportunity To Make Myself Observed I Cant Pass Up This Opportunity To Let Myself Be Heard"

Racing Song. Back when I had My license, i used to put this on hit the highway and take off to about 90 mile an hour. one day i forgot to make sure there was no cop when i lit 'em up...

Underdog theme song for a form WWE wrestler named Zach Gowen. He was a thin little guy, but he was special because he only had one leg.

Google him, it's quite a sight to see him wrestle

Got it from the Freddy vs. Jason soundtrack, love it to death. Just ... aggression. Pure aggression.

Take back what I had said earlier. While this song was used for Zach Gowen's entrance theme this song was orignally written by Seether for WWE wrestler Kurt Angle and was orignally going to be released on the WWE Forceable Entry Soundtrack.

It was based off his entrance theme, but the song was shot down from release because it strayed to much from his orignal theme.

I think much like another song “Anti-Matter” (that's also on the same album as this song), this one is also is inspired by a horrifying van crash the band experienced on Nov 3, 2022. This, much like the other track, sounds like it's an extension what they shared while huddled in the wreckage, as they helped frontman Garrett Russell stem the bleeding from his head wound while he was under the temporary effects of a concussion. The track speaks of where the mind goes at the most desperate & desolate of times, when it just about slips away to all but disconnect itself, and the aftermath.

This is a sequel to 2001's "Reckless Abandon", and features the band looking back on their clumsy youth fondly.

Just A Little Lovin'
Dusty Springfield
I don't think it's necessarily about sex. It's about wanting to start the day with some love and affection. Maybe a warm cuddle. I'm not alone in interpreting it that way! For example: "'Just a Little Lovin’ is a timeless country song originally recorded by Eddy Arnold in 1954. The song, written by Eddie Miller and Jimmy Campbell, explores the delicate nuances of love and showcases Arnold’s emotive vocals. It delves into the universal theme of love and how even the smallest gesture of affection can have a profound impact on our lives." https://oldtimemusic.com/the-meaning-behind-the-song-just-a-little-lovin-by-eddy-arnold/

Magical
Ed Sheeran
How would you describe the feeling of being in love? For Ed Sheeran, the word is “Magical.” in HIS three-minute album opener, he makes an attempt to capture the beauty and delicacy of true love with words. He describes the magic of it all over a bright Pop song produced by Aaron Dessner.

Blue
Ed Sheeran
“Blue” is a song about a love that is persisting in the discomfort of the person experiencing the emotion. Ed Sheeran reflects on love lost, and although he wishes his former partner find happiness, he cannot but admit his feelings are still very much there. He expresses the realization that he might never find another on this stringed instrumental by Aaron Dessner.
