break up

my wonderful girlfriend just broke up with me. my head is in a daze as i simply listen to music trying to drive away those horriable emotions and thoughts out of my mind. it isnt working very well. i feel so depressed and down that i cant even cry otherwise all its gonna do is choke me to death. someone help me? @daughtry
