Hey all,

Previously, if you had your e-mail address selected so that any one could see it, then well, anyone, including search engines and the like, could see it.  This seemed to be a bad approach on our part, so we do apologize if you felt your privacy was disrupted. 

If you check out your preferences right now, you'll see that we changed "Anyone" to "Logged In Users."  If you previously had "Anyone" selelected, then the new settings will default to "Logged In Users." 

So going forward, the only way your e-mail address will be publishes will be to other logged in members.  This means your e-mail address will no longer be available to search engines. 

However, please be aware that search engines are not real time.  It may take a few days, or even weeks, for these SongMeanings profile changes to appear within Google, Yahoo!, and the like.
